I am trying to find a book, I cant remember the title or author?

The book is about some soldiers who go into space to fight in a war, they were put in stasis or frozen (cant remember) till they get there and the same on the way back. When they return to earth all of their family members have aged or died while they haven’t aged at all. They do another mission and same thing. The last mission they fight some alien race and return to earth only to find that everyone on earth has evolved into the aliens they were fighting…..does anyone know what the title is.
